Mr. Marlatt was knowledgeable and very patient with my many many questions throughout the process. As with many home improvement projects, hiccups can arise. We were kept well informed as a few hiccups arose, and our representative was quick to tweak and implement the new plans while keeping communication open the entire time. The work was begun and completed within a very efficient timeframe, and they even covered the costs of some unforeseen extra work. All of the staff members were professional yet personable. Our home interior and exterior were left clean and with a brand new, super efficient HVAC just in time for the recent summer heat waves. I HIGHLY recommend Taylor Gas and Air for their knowledge, efficiency, competitive pricing, and most of all, their amazing customer service.”
“Shout out to Taylor Gas and Mike Watson specifically! I was in a jam with my RV. Could smell propane and the stove would not stay lit. Could not get into the RV shop until 11 July but needed the camper for a 4th of July trip. Called Taylor Gas to see if they could help me out and sure enough they came through! Mike replaced the regulator and isolated a damaged hose. Leak tested the system and now I am good to go! Really appreciate the service!”

“Had to have my tank refilled and inspected. Justin came out and inspected my tank and filled it, but he also saved me money by telling me I would be better off having my tank filled automatically. He was very caring and informative. Told me he would set it all up, and install a device on my tank that would let them know I needed propane. He saved me money and I don’t have to write a check anymore. Justin is a great employee. You are lucky to have him. It’s hard to find good help anymore.”
“On 3/29/24 one of your Propane drivers John Lee delivered propane to my home. My dogs were outside in the back yard so naturally they were barking crazy when they saw the truck. John knocked on my front door and when I opened the door I saw my ticket and he said he put a few dog biscuits in the envelope. I was taken back by his good customer service. It was very thoughtful of him to give both my dogs a little biscuit. We are always so quick to call and complain when something is wrong. I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience and to let you know what great customer service he provided!”

LeAndria stayed in touch throughout and Jeff was courteous, prompt and professional with the repair. We have needed Taylor's assistance on several occasions and they have consistently gone above and beyond. A great company to deal with. Huge thanks to all.”

Jeff Windsor came out today and was very knowledgeable of the issues. He not only fixed the leaking tank but also explained the smell of the gas that came from a tank which was low on fuel.
