“Ferdinand & Houston were very professional . Ferdin was so knowledgeable. They did everything that needed to be done. Afterwards he asked if I had any questions twice. I want them to come back because they even addressed an issue that we were having with the regulation on the tank. This will help when we start up the fireplace when the cold returns. It is really hard to get good help these days and they were great.”
