“The work done was actually a yearly checkup on our propane fireplace and propane backup furnace. The technicians that did the work, Ferdin G, and Chris T., were very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. As it turned out, since it had been a number of years since we used the fireplace, which vented directly outside, infiltration of moisture had caused corrosion that currently prevented us from using it. They thoroughly explained the problems the corrosion had caused and gave us an estimate of what it would be to repair. They completed the work on the furnace and did as much as they could with the fireplace, which looked new when they finished (It was installed 26 years ago.)
This is not the first time we have had Taylor Gas do work for us, and each time we have been greatly pleased with their work and knowledge.
