“Service itself was great. No fault with the technician. However, when I made the appointment I was told what the cost for service would be. I explained, with detail, a secondary issue that would need to be addressed. I was told that I would get a discount on whatever materials were needed as I’d agreed to a service plan. At no point was there mention of any additional fee to take care of the issue or the possibility of it. It was almost an additional $400 to handle that issue. We could have, and would have likely handled it ourselves had we known the cost but with the technician there, he could not do the service without that issue handled so we had no choice.”
