Since the temperatures were close to the mid 90s, I really was hoping to get someone out quicker than that. Thankfully, Taylor was able to have someone available that evening. The technician, Fernando, showed up and was very pleasant, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, showed me pictures of how my unit looked, and what the issues were. Prior to repairing anything, he was very upfront about the reasoning and what the cost would be.
