He explained everything to me, showed me pictures of how my unit looked, and what the issues were. Prior to repairing anything, he was very upfront about the reasoning and what the cost would be. “This installation of a KitchenAid dual fuel downdraft range was the follow-up to Taylor Gas uninstalling a Thermador dual fuel range (review July 22.) The installation process was complicated by incompatibility with the old range's configuration. Fortunately the knowledge base and commensurate work skills of the crew (Thanks to Jimmy, Chris, and Steven) resulted in a successful installation. That was facilitated by the office work putting done to put things together for the project as done by Mike Watson and Veronica. Given the work required I was extremely glad to have had someone local providing the instillation service.”
