“Without going into a lot of detail, this past Saturday I was concerned about a possible leak from movement of our gas line from our propane tank into our house. As the office was closed but by way of their "on call" service I ended up with an afternoon conversation/texting of photos with Reggie (a technician) who reassured me that the line looked fine. Out of an abundance of caution I called Taylor on Monday and spoke with Veronica to request a bubble test. As it happened, our local driver John was in the area so he showed up almost immediately. By chance we were almost due for a delivery, so he performed the test and we got our tank filled. Bottom line, Taylor consistently does things reliably and efficiently and their team is excellent.”
