“My HVAC system turned 20 years old this year and I knew it was becoming inefficient and closing in on needing replacement. I reached out to Taylor Gas Co to come perform a system check and asked to have a sales representative come out to price a brand new system. Shawn, the service technician, arrived promptly as promised and was very polite. He worked quickly and gave me a thorough review of my current system's health including identifying parts that were showing wear. He talked me through what absolutely needed replacing and what was more of a nice to have; he was very honest. He spent some time reviewing maintenance plans that could help extend my current system's life and even covered a promotion they had going on. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. Later in the same day, Steve, the sales rep, came out to help provide quotes on a new system. He spent time going room to room to look at how my house was built and the ducting was laid out explaining how to ensure the most optimal usage out of the system. Ultimately, I decided to go with a new system and after understanding what was important to me, came up with two systems to meet my needs at different price points. He was thorough in his explanations and helped me choose a financing option that was best for me. Again, I was very pleased with his honesty and professionalism. Finally, Dylan and Jeff, the installers, arrived to install the new system. They were prompt and talked me through a few things and gave me an estimated completion time. The system was installed within the estimated time and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, my experience with all of Taylor Gas Co employees was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance or a new system. 5 stars!!”
